Who These Readiness Consultations Serve

Built for Defense Contractors
of Every Size and Stage

📋
You Just Got a CMMC Clause in Your Contract
Your prime contractor included DFARS 252.204-7021 in your subcontract and you're not sure what that means for your business. Start with the free call — we'll tell you exactly what applies and what doesn't.
📊
You Have a SPRS Score but Don't Trust It
Many contractors have a SPRS score that was filled in quickly — or filled in by someone who didn't fully understand the requirements. The $197 consultation reviews your score honestly and tells you where the real risk is.
🗓️
You Have a C3PAO Assessment Coming Up
You know you need to get certified but you don't have a clear plan for getting there. The $595 strategy session builds that plan — phased, realistic, and specific to your environment and timeline.
🔍
You've Been Told Your Compliance Is Fine — But You're Not Sure
A lot of IT vendors and MSPs tell their clients they're "CMMC ready" without fully understanding the requirements. Get a second opinion from a Registered Practitioner before it becomes a contract issue.
💼
You're Trying to Win a New DoD Contract
CMMC Level 1 self-attestation is now required at contract award on most new DoD contracts. The $197 consultation tells you whether you can self-attest today or what you need to do first.
🏗️
You're a Small Business Without a Full-Time Compliance Officer
These consultations were designed specifically for small defense contractors — not enterprise compliance teams. Plain language, practical guidance, affordable entry point. No jargon, no unnecessary complexity.

Experience That Comes
From Inside the System

Before Globe-America, I spent 20 years in the U.S. Air Force Civil Engineering Corps — managing programs, navigating federal acquisition, and operating inside the same DoD environment your contracts come from.

I started Globe-America because I kept seeing small defense contractors lose contracts — or expose themselves to False Claims Act liability — not because they were bad at their work, but because they didn't have practical, affordable compliance guidance that spoke their language.

Every consultation is conducted by me personally. Not a junior analyst. Not an AI chatbot. You get my full attention, my direct assessment, and my honest recommendation — including if you don't need as much help as you think you do.

Common Questions

Straight Answers

What's the difference between the $197 and $595 sessions?
+
The $197 Compliance Readiness Consultation is a diagnosis — we establish your current posture, identify your gaps at a high level, and tell you what level of effort you're facing. The $595 Strategy Session goes deeper — we review your existing documentation, map every gap to a specific control domain, build a phased remediation timeline, and produce a written remediation plan. The $595 is for clients who are ready to act, not just understand.
What's the difference between the Session Recap and the Written Action Plan?
+
Scope, and what you do with it.

The Session Recap comes with the $197 consultation. It is a one-to-two page written record of what we covered — which CMMC level applies to you, the gaps we identified, and what we recommend you do next. It answers "where do I stand?" and gives you something to circulate internally.

The Written Action Plan comes with the $595 Strategy Session. It is a working document: domain-by-domain findings against NIST SP 800-171, a prioritized remediation sequence, phased milestones with a timeline, and your path to assessment readiness. It answers "what exactly do I do, and in what order?"

If you already know you have work to do and need the plan rather than the diagnosis, start at $595. Either fee credits toward an engagement in full.
What's the difference between the SPRS review in a consultation and SPRS Score Validation?
+
Scope and format.

The consultation is a conversation. If you are Level 1, we review your annual affirmation in full during the call — 17 requirements fits comfortably in an hour. If you are Level 2, we will discuss your score and explain how it was derived, but that is orientation, not an audit.

SPRS Score Validation is a different product and it is Level 2 only. We independently review your scoring against the DoD assessment methodology control by control, check your scope and boundary before trusting the math, and deliver a written Validation Report you can put in front of a prime. That is not something anyone can responsibly do inside a 60-minute call. Your consultation fee credits toward it in full if you upgrade. See SPRS Score Validation →
What's the difference between a CMMC Readiness Consultation and a CMMC Advisory Engagement?
+
Scope, duration, and who does the work.

A CMMC Readiness Consultation is a single session at a fixed fee. You leave with a written assessment of where you stand and what it will realistically take to get compliant. From there, you and your team execute. Nothing recurring, nothing to sign.

A CMMC Advisory Engagement is a multi-month program where we do the work alongside you — building your SSP and POA&M, developing the policies and procedures your assessor expects, assembling evidence, and preparing you for a C3PAO assessment. Engagements start at $15K for a one-time compliance foundation and extend through ongoing monthly oversight.

Most contractors should start with a consultation. It tells you whether you need a full engagement at all — and if you do, your consultation fee is credited toward it in full. See engagement details →
Do I have to buy anything else afterward?
+
No. Each consultation is a self-contained product and you leave with the written deliverable in hand. Nothing on this page is priced as a deposit on something larger, and nothing here obligates you to a further purchase. If you decide afterward that you want continued support, we can have that conversation — but the value you paid for is delivered in the session itself.
Is my consultation fee credited if I do continue?
+
Yes — 100% of it. Pay $197 or $595 today, and if you later move forward with continued work — an engagement, or a standalone product like SPRS Score Validation — that full amount comes off your next invoice. It is a credit, not a discount, and it is applied in full. What it is not is a catch: the consultation delivers everything listed above on its own, and you are under no obligation to continue.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for my consultation?
+
For the free call — nothing required. Just show up. For the $197 consultation, it helps to have your current SPRS submission (Level 1 affirmation or Level 2 score, if submitted), a general idea of what types of information your systems handle, and your primary contract reference number. For the $595 strategy session, bring your existing SSP and POA&M if you have them. We work with whatever you have.
What is CMMC and why does it matter to my business?
+
CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) is the DoD's cybersecurity compliance framework. As of November 2025, Phase 1 enforcement began — meaning CMMC requirements are now appearing in DoD contracts. If you handle Federal Contract Information (FCI) or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), you need to meet Level 1 or Level 2 requirements to win and keep DoD contracts. Non-compliance can result in lost contracts, disqualification from bids, and potential False Claims Act liability.
Can I skip the free call and go straight to a paid consultation?
+
Absolutely. Many clients — especially those with an active contract requirement or an upcoming assessment — book the $197 or $595 session directly. The free call exists for people who want to verify fit before paying anything. If you already know you need help and want to get moving, skip straight to the consultation that matches your needs.
Will this consultation replace my C3PAO assessment?
+
No — and any advisor who tells you otherwise is being dishonest with you. A Globe-America consultation is readiness support, not an official CMMC assessment. Official CMMC Level 2 certification requires a third-party assessment by a Cyber AB-authorized C3PAO. What we do is prepare you to pass that assessment — closing gaps, building documentation, and making sure you don't walk into a C3PAO engagement blind.
How do I pay and what happens after I book?
+
Paid consultations checkout through Stripe — credit card or ACH bank transfer accepted. After payment, you'll receive a booking confirmation with a calendar link to select your preferred time. For the free discovery call, just click the booking link and select a time directly. All consultations are conducted via video call (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet — your preference).
I'm a subcontractor — does CMMC apply to me?
+
Yes — and this is one of the most common misunderstandings in the DIB. CMMC requirements flow down through your prime contractor. If your prime's contract includes DFARS 252.204-7021, they are required to flow that requirement to subcontractors handling FCI or CUI. Many subs assume their prime is handling it — they are not. You are responsible for your own compliance. The free discovery call is a good starting point to confirm exactly what applies to your subcontract.
